01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Feblerlabs Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, governing your access to and use of Febler AI.

By accessing, registering for, or using the Service in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

02Key Definitions

• "User Content" — any video, audio, image, text, script, or other material you upload, record, or submit to the Service.
• "AI Output" — the edited videos, captions, b-roll, transcripts, and other content generated by the Service using AI in response to your User Content.
• "Account" — the user account you create to access the Service.
• "Beta Services" — any feature or version of the Service made available on a pre-release or beta basis.
• "Applicable Law" — the laws of India, including the IT Act 2000, DPDP Act 2023, and rules framed thereunder.

03Eligibility & Accounts

Minimum age

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Account registration

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your Account;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your Account.

Account sharing with other individuals is not permitted. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent Beta seat limits or other restrictions.

04Description of the Service

Febler AI is an AI-powered platform that allows creators to upload or record raw video content and receive publish-ready short-form videos with automated editing features including:

• Automatic cuts, silence removal, and filler-word trimming;
• Automatic caption generation in multiple languages;
• AI-assisted b-roll insertion from stock, generated, or uploaded sources;
• Audio enhancement, noise reduction, and loudness normalisation;
• Teleprompter, split-screen, and motion effects;
• Export in formats compatible with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms.

05Beta Program Terms

• The Service is under active development and may contain errors, bugs, or incomplete features;
• Processing times, feature availability, and output quality may vary;
• We may suspend, modify, or terminate Beta access at any time without prior notice;
• Beta features are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law.

06Your Content & License Grant

You own your content

You retain all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the User Content you upload, record, or submit to the Service.

Limited license you grant us

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and modify such User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service for you. This licence ends when you delete your User Content from your Account.

Your representations

• You own the User Content or have obtained all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to submit it;
• Your User Content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Your User Content does not violate Applicable Law or these Terms.

07AI-Generated Output

• AI Output is generated based on your User Content and instructions. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose;
• You are responsible for reviewing AI Output before publishing or distributing it;
• You must not use AI Output to create misleading, defamatory, or harmful content;
• Ownership of AI Output vests in you, subject to any third-party rights in underlying materials (e.g., licensed stock footage).

08Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute illegal, harmful, defamatory, or obscene content;
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or its AI models;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts;
• Use the Service to create misinformation, deepfakes without consent, or content designed to deceive;
• Violate any applicable law, including export control, anti-money laundering, or sanctions laws.

09Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., stock media libraries, AI model APIs, cloud infrastructure). These providers have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party providers.

10Intellectual Property

Febler AI, the Echovox Studio brand, our technology, and all software, designs, and documentation are the exclusive property of Feblerlabs Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property.

11Fees & Payment

The Service is currently free during Beta. When paid plans are introduced, fees, payment terms, and billing cycles will be communicated clearly in advance. All payments will be processed by our payment partner. Applicable taxes (including GST) will be added where required. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund terms.

12Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful.

You may terminate your Account at any time by deleting it through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) ₹1,000 INR.

15Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or any claim that content you created using the Service caused harm to a third party.

17Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith discussions. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

18Changes to These Terms

If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-product notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms.
