Febler AI is in Beta. There are no paid plans yet, so there is nothing to refund or cancel. This policy exists so you know what happens when paid plans launch.
Plain-English summary (not legally binding)
Beta is free — no charges, no refunds, no cancellation fees. When we launch paid plans, you'll be able to cancel anytime from your account. Refunds are handled case by case within 7 days of purchase, subject to fair-use checks.
01Applicability
This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made on Febler AI, operated by Feblerlabs Technologies Private Limited, Bangalore, India. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
02During the Beta Period
Febler AI is currently offered free of charge during its Beta phase. No fees are collected, and therefore no refunds or chargebacks apply. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time without any cost.
03Cancellation (Once Paid Plans Launch)
When paid subscription plans are introduced, you will be able to cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@echovox.in.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle;
- You retain access to paid features until the end of that cycle;
- No cancellation fees apply.
04Refunds (Once Paid Plans Launch)
Once paid plans are live, refunds will be handled as follows:
- 7-day refund window. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription purchase if the Service has not materially worked as described.
- Fair-use check. Refunds are subject to reasonable usage — if you have consumed a substantial portion of your plan credits, a partial refund or no refund may apply at our discretion.
- Renewals. Auto-renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged.
- Annual plans. Annual plan refunds, if any, are pro-rated based on unused months and are at our discretion.
- Processing time. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Account suspensions due to violation of our Terms; chargebacks initiated without first contacting support; one-time credit top-ups or add-ons once consumed; purchases older than 7 days.
05How to Request a Refund
Email support@echovox.in from the address associated with your account with:
- Your account email and name;
- The transaction ID or invoice number;
- A brief reason for the refund request.
We respond to refund requests within 48 hours and resolve them within 7 business days.
